The scope of each project will be defined in a separate proposal, quotation or service agreement.
All project timelines, deliverables, revisions and payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins.
Delays caused by missing content, feedback or approvals from the client may affect project timelines.
Payments must be made according to the agreed proposal or invoice.
StarUP reserves the right to suspend work on a project if payments are overdue.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final approved project deliverables unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
StarUP retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals and feedback necessary to complete the project.
Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use any materials supplied to StarUP.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and accuracy of our website. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend or remove content without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarUP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant services.
Our services may involve third-party platforms including hosting providers, CRM systems, payment processors, analytics services and advertising platforms.
StarUP is not responsible for interruptions, changes or issues caused by third-party providers.
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and GDPR Compliance Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on this page.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
